A single request like "plan my recovery day" touches the spa desk, the class schedule, nutrition, and the member's history, yet each is handled by a different tool and a different person.

Agentic Mikis is the agentic operating layer above those systems. A member states one intent; Mikis — the orchestrating agent — directs the centre's private family of agents to coordinate the whole day of wellbeing around it. Centres interact through ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, connected to their own private MCP server, so member data never leaves infrastructure the centre controls.
